Pairs are sourced one at a time and only kept if there is real wear left in the sole and the upper.
Cleaned and graded
Each pair is cleaned up and given an honest condition grade. Marks and scuffs are left in the photographs, not edited out.
Photographed and listed
The shoe is shot from every side and listed with its US and EU size, so what you see is the pair you get.
Delivered, pay at the door
We hand it to the courier. You check the parcel and pay cash on delivery — nothing up front.
Good shoes, a second time round
Thrift Gallery sells pre-owned footwear that still has a long life left in it. Every pair is bought in, cleaned, checked over and photographed exactly as it is — no stock photos, no two pairs the same.
Because each pair is genuinely one of a kind, there is only ever one of anything on the shelf. When a size sells, that shoe is gone. That is why the size you are looking at is the size we actually have, and why the photographs are of the very pair that will arrive at your door.

- 2-day returns. Changed your mind or the fit is wrong? You have 2 days from delivery to ask for an exchange or your money back.
