Sizing

US or EU? How to find your shoe size

Every listing shows the US and EU size of that exact pair. Here is how to work out which one fits you before you order.

Every listing on our shop shows two sizes for the exact pair in the photos: its US size and its EU size. We deliberately leave UK sizes out. UK and US numbers sit so close together that a "9" can mean two different shoes, and that is the quickest way to order the wrong pair.

Start from a pair that already fits

The easiest way to find your size is to look inside a pair you own that fits you well. The size label is usually printed on the inside of the tongue or stitched inside the heel, and most branded shoes list the US and EU figures side by side. Match either number to our listing.

No label? Measure your foot

  1. Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall.
  2. Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure from the wall to the mark, in centimetres.
  3. Measure both feet and use the longer one.
  4. Measure in the evening, when feet are at their largest.

A rough rule of thumb: EU size ≈ (foot length in cm + 1.5) × 1.5. A 27 cm foot works out at about EU 43. It is a starting point, not a guarantee — which is why the next part matters.

Brands and models run differently

Sizes vary between brands, and even between two models from the same brand. A slim knit runner fits differently from a chunky court sneaker in the same number. If you are between sizes, the safer choice is usually the larger one.

A pre-owned pair has also already been worn in. What you see is how it fits, so do not count on it stretching further.

Still unsure? Ask about the pair

Send us the name of the listing on WhatsApp or give us a call and we will check that exact pair for you before you order. And if it does not fit when it arrives, you have 2 days from delivery to return it — an exchange carries no deduction, only the delivery is charged again.

Every pair in the shop is one of a kind — when it sells, it is gone.
